CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

8 oz cream cheese                                          
½ cup butter
¼ cup sour cream                                           
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon honey (optional)                       
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.  Add powdered sugar slowly.  Add sour cream, honey and vanilla and beat well.  Add more powdered sugar if needed for desired taste or consistency. 

Pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
