ALREDO SAUCE

Recipe from: Heidi Watts

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup cream
1 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Melt butter, add cream and warm. Add parmesan cheese. Melt together stirring constantly over low/medium heat.
Bring just to boiling and serve over hot pasta.

TIP: For thicker sauce add a little bit of flour.
