4 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 oz pineapple juice
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp corn starch
pork chops
rice
Mix together ingredients in sauce pan (excluding pork chops and rice), and cook sauce until it thickens; about 8 to 10 minutes.
Pour over chops and cook at 400 for about 40-60 minutes, serve with rice.
