Recipe from: Julie Bottoms
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
14 oz can green chilies
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Cut up artichoke hearts, add green chilies and cream cheese. Microwave for about 3 minutes, mix ingredients well and add mozzarella, parmesan and mayo. Microwave for about 5-7 minutes and serve.
